Swiss Padel stands for clean sport and fair competitions.

Ethics in sport

Swiss Padel recognizes:

All persons belonging to or attributable to the association are obliged to comply with these ethical principles.

Violations: Suspected violations of the Code of Ethics are investigated by Swiss Sport Integrity and assessed by the Swiss Sport Disciplinary Chamber. Decisions can be appealed within 21 days to the Court of Arbitration for Sport (CAS) in Lausanne.

Anti-doping

Swiss Padel recognizes:

Anti-doping management: Swiss Padel supports the independent anti-doping management of the International Testing Agency (ITA) as part of its international cooperation with the FIP.

Violations: Suspected cases will be investigated by Swiss Sport Integrity. The Disciplinary Chamber of Swiss Sport is responsible for assessing and, if necessary, sanctioning violations.
