This course prepares you for a professional coaching career by teaching advanced coaching techniques and management skills. Especially for coaches who want to teach at the highest level.
In this course, more emphasis is placed on the management skills of players who regularly take part in international tournaments or national teams. Team leadership skills and the ability to organize training activities in a goal-oriented manner are analyzed. Opponent analysis skills are developed and appropriate tactics are developed.We focus more on “mental coaching” and the analysis of applied psychology in padel sports.
This section of the course refines advanced hitting techniques and playing strategies. Innovative training methods and programs are taught to help players take their skills to the next level. In addition, the individual coaching style is developed to maximize each player’s potential.
A central component of the course is the creation of detailed development plans for players at every level. The application of sports science knowledge is taught to enhance player performance. This also includes the implementation of mental and fitness training into the coaching routine to ensure holistic player development.
Effective team leadership and communication are essential to a coach’s success. This section of the course provides training in these areas and strategies for motivating and retaining players. Training is also provided in the organization and management of training camps and workshops to improve skills in the planning and delivery of large training sessions.
