Padel briefly explained

Padel is almost always played in doubles on a rectangular court, i.e. two against two). The game, which is surrounded by glass walls, combines the best elements of various racket sports and is played with a special felt ball.

Impact

The serve is always alternated diagonally over the net. You have two serves and the ball must be hit below the hips.

Gameplay

Players take turns hitting the ball over the net. The ball may only hit the ground or a wall once after the first bounce before it has to be played back.

Points

Points are counted as in tennis (0, 15, 30, 40) and a player must win two points more than his opponent to win a game.

Game tactics

Players use the walls tactically to place the ball or put the opponent under pressure. Quick movements and good positioning are crucial to effectively implement attack and defense strategies.
